Returns Policy
Process

Eligibility
The item must be a gift or in need of repair, meeting the specifications explained in the Gifts and Repairs sections of the policy.
Gifts
A gift must be returned within 30 days, unused and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer; a full refund will be issued once the item is received.
Repairs
If repairs are needed within 30 days of purchase, the customer will by supplied a return shipping label free of charge. The customer can choose for the item to be repaired and returned to them at our cost, or receive a full refund.
If repairs are needed beyond 30 days, we will supply the customer with a return shipping label for repairs at our expense, and every effort will be made to repair and return the repaired item to the customer in a timely manner.
Full Refunds
Customers will received a refund based on their original purchase method minus shipping costs of the original order.
